• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and weight of the order. 

Delivery

Note: Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

• Production takes 1-6 working days, depending on the quantity and items selected.
• On average it takes 5-15 working days for shipping and delivery. 

How can I track my package?

• Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email, including your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to USPS or other shipping vendor's website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.

Shipping on Public Holidays?

•  Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day.
