At Biblically Boosted, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    Unworn, unused, and in original condition
    •    Free from stains, odors, or damage
    •    Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Items returned that show signs of wear or damage may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
    •    Final sale items
    •    Custom or made-to-order products
    •    Gift cards
    •    Items damaged due to improper use or care

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, email us at biblicallyboosted@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Wrong Size or Color

If you received a product of the wrong size or color, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number so that corrections can be made.
